HMO Conversion Completed in Beeston, Nottingham

Updated: Apr 29, 2021

This 6-bed HMO in Beeston, Nottingham has now been completed, and is available for professional tenants.

The Original Property - A 4-Bed End-Of-Terrace

When we came across this property it was clear that this 4-bed terraced property had fantastic potential as an HMO. Built in the late 1800s it is the end terrace in a row of houses originally built for a local factory. Set over 3 stories, it had a living room, dining room/kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and two double bedrooms on each of the floors above.

It required complete refurbishment, as you can see from the photos below:

The Location: Beeston, Nottingham

It has Nottingham University and the Queens Medical Centre on its doorstep, as well as the Boots head office. Close to Nottingham city centre, it benefits from fantastic transport infrastructure including a train station (where you can get direct trains to many major cities including London, Birmingham, and Leeds), bus network and tram. Beeston town centre is enjoying a rejuvenation, with a redevelopment of the central ‘Square’ still underway. Once complete this will include a new £50m 8-screen cinema, as well as retail shopping space including a large new Marks and Spencers store.
