We have now completed our most recent project, the conversion of a 3-bed Victorian semi in Beeston into a modern, 6-bedroom HMO.
There are 6 bespoke rooms, each with an individual style and furnishings. There is also a fantastic communal living room and kitchen, plus a rear garden. The rooms are available now to let to professionals.
The Original Property
The property required renovation throughout, as you can see from the photos below:
The renovation included a loft conversion, as well as a single-storey rear extension. A key focus was to ensure that each room had an en-suite, and to ensure there was good communal space.
The Location: Beeston, Nottingham
Beeston is a fast-developing part of Nottingham and one of the most popular places to live in the city, especially for young professionals. It has Nottingham University and the Queens Medical Centre on its doorstep, as well as the Boots head office.
Close to Nottingham city centre, it benefits from fantastic transport infrastructure. This includes a train station (where you can get direct trains to many major cities including London, Birmingham, and Leeds), bus network and tram.
Beeston town centre is enjoying a rejuvenation, with a redevelopment of the central ‘Square’ still underway. Once complete this will include a new £50m 8-screen cinema, as well as retail shopping space including a large new Marks and Spencers store.
As well as a thriving high street, Beeston is also a focus for lots of new bars cafes, restaurants and micro-breweries.
For nature lovers, cyclists, runners and dog walkers, it is also close to the banks of the River Trent and Attenborough nature reserve. And for commuters, it is just a 10-minute drive to the M1 motorway in one direction, and Nottingham city centre in the other.
