But investing in property takes TIME – time building up knowledge and know-how, time finding and sourcing investment opportunities, time spent managing builders, doing paperwork, and finding and managing tenants.

How does it work?

It starts with an initial conversation – talk to us about your financial and investment goals, and we can talk you through our investment strategy, and can tailor an investment plan for you. There are lots of options, but in most cases the process looks like this:

1.     You decide how much you want to invest, and over what term

2.     We source, purchase, refurbish and refinance a property (we take care of this entire process, we do everything)

3.     You get your initial investment back plus returns – with interest paid monthly or annually

It’s that simple. Think of it like a high interest bank account – but with significantly higher returns.

Who should invest?

There are a variety of potential reasons why you might ask us to help us meet your financial goals:

​

  • You may live in an area of the UK which does not lend itself as favourably to property investment as prices are high and rental yields are lower e.g. London and the South East.

  • You may already invest in property but do not have the time (or desire) to source and manage the heavily discounted and high yielding properties.

  • You may have a pension fund that is giving shameful returns and so can transfer it to a SIPP so that you can release some of it to invest a lot smarter than your pension funds can.

  • You may have cash in the bank which is actually being eroded year on year in real terms.

  • You may wish to release equity from your house in order to make it “work harder” for you.

  • You may have redundancy or inheritance money.

What returns can I get?

By investing with us, you can earn far higher returns on your capital than leaving it in the bank, or in almost any other investment class.

 

And best of all, you will need to invest no time whatsoever – we source and acquire the deal, manage the purchase and refurbishment process, as well as ongoing property management.

How secure is my investment?

You can invest with confidence, because your investment will be secured against the property we are investing in, so it is backed by a physical asset.

 

We purchase distressed properties, refurbish them and refinance or sell at the post works value as soon as it is viable (usually within 12 months). As we add value to the property this will in turn raise your level of protection as the money invested will be secured against an asset with a higher value than the original purchase price.

In some circumstances we also offer a first legal charge as security for the duration of the project. This charge will provide collateral for your funds until the time of refinance or sale, upon which we will make repayment of the capital & interest in full.
